BB braiding
We are thrilled to add a new list of services to our menu at The BB Hair Collective. For a while we have offered protective styling options for clients, whether it was for under wig work on a show or braids for a dance show or back to school look. Braids offer a unique way to express yourself whilst celebrating the skills of our hair artists.
Cornrows (straight to wavy hair)
from - £70.00
Cornrows or canerows are three strand braids, close to the scalp. This service is ideal for hair with either straight or wavy texture. Appointment time will vary depending on desired width of each row and length of hair. This service has an hourly rate of £70. Suitable from ages 11 +

Cornrows (tight curls/coils/afro)
from - £70.00
Cornrows or canerows - A three strand braid sitting on your scalp. Ideal for protective styling on textured hair. This service is ideal for clients with curls or coily hair. Appointment time will vary depending on desired width of each row and length of hair. This service has an hourly rate of £70. Suitable for ages 11+

Box Braids (natural hair - no extensions)
£60/hr
Hair is sectioned into small squares or rectangles and braided from the root to the tip. This service has an hourly rate of £60 - as length of service depends on hair texture, size of sections required and length of hair.

Box Braids (with extensions)
£60/hr
Hair is sectioned into small squares or rectangles and braided from the root to the tip, incorporating hair extensions to add length or colour. This service has an hourly rate of £60 - as length of service depends on hair texture, size of sections required and length of hair. Hair extensions must be provided by the client.

Waterfall/ French/ Dutch Braids

A waterfall braid is a beautiful hairstyle that resembles a cascading waterfall, created by braiding a portion of hair while leaving the rest down. Dutch braids, also known as reverse French braids or boxer braids, are a type of braid where the hair strands are crossed underneath each other, creating a raised, three-dimensional effect.
Ideal for parties, events or shows.
