Our Mission

We are committed to fostering talent and encouraging our team members to follow their passions. Each of us brings our own particular skill to the table and we want our team to be individuals. Our clients come from all walks of life and so does our collective.

Our Culture

We work in a lateral system of support - which means that more than one person will look after our clients during their visit, and each part of that visit is equally important. The consultation is just as important as the cleansing session at the basins which is just as important as the perfect cut. We each have a crucial role to play in delivering a top notch service. There is always a head stylist in charge of the day but everyone has the authority to manage and look after the salon and our clients. We work as a team. We succeed as a team!

What We Offer

Whether you join us as an apprentice or as a fully fledged stylist we have a system to support your growth. If you are an apprentice we can help support your college work as you gain your official Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.

If you come to us as a qualified stylist we have salary packages that help you see the stages of the career you can have within The BB Hair Collective.

Whilst we will help you achieve your own goals within the industry, we will also train you to become a certified BB CURLS™ Expert, gaining core skills to help you look after a broader scope of clientele.
